Welcome to Sniglets Baby Boutique! I am always happy to customize any item to make you and your little ones happy. Before placing an order, please check my site to see my current turnaround time, plus allow a couple of days for shipping to calculate when your order will arrive. Feel free to convo me with any questions. I appreciate your business!

Payment

Payment is required through PayPal within 24 hours of commitment to purchase. I ONLY accept PayPal, so please be sure that your PayPal account is working BEFORE placing an order.

Shipping

I ship every Thursday. All orders submitted by noon on Tuesday will be shipped on Thursday of the same week. All orders placed after Tuesday at noon will be shipped Thursday of the following week. I package items light to minimize shipping charges. I send all packages standard through USPS. If you have a special shipping request, please notify me immediately upon placing your order so that I can send you an adjusted invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept refunds/exchanges on defective items only, and only within one month of the sale. A defective item is limited to a flaw in construction, or a fault in personalization that differs from the information given to me upon ordering. Refunds on defective items are available for store credit only, or you can exchange a defective item for an exact replacement.

Additional Policies and FAQs

TAX: Florida residents are subject to a 7% sales tax. If you live in Florida, please allow me to send you an adjusted PayPal bill before you check out.
