Hi there! If you are looking for items that allow you to feel stylish whilst still supporting your ideals about environmental awareness and ethical production of goods (ie no sweatshops) then you have come to the right place! Everything is sourced locally, and all the jewellery is hand-made by me. Many of my designs are created using materials that are hand-crafted and/or unique, so many pieces of jewelry cannot be exactly replicated. As many people know, this is a valuable feature of owning a personally-designed, handmade piece of jewellery. If I can incorporate locally-sourced, sustainable, vintage or recycled materials in my work, I will do so. But of course they still need to be fabulous! Pearls, the world’s only organically sustainable gem, are a big favorite for me, as are native timbers, unusual local stones, and a range of vintage items, including children’s toys.

Payment

Payment is expected within 7 days. If you order something custom-made, payment needs to be upfront and cancellations are not permitted (but exchanges may be allowed, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis). It takes up a great deal of my time to make special personalised items and I am no longer able to provide this service without prior payment.

Shipping

Postage within Australia is free if you spend over $100 AUD.
Postal fees apply for international deliveries. All post is by air.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you don't take out postage insurance you are not covered for any losses/missing post.
If your Joolz purchase fails for some other reason, I offer a 100% guarantee. Please ensure you contact me within 7 days of receipt to claim your guarantee. Item must be returned for your refund to be received.
