Welcome

At Kierabel Designs we strive to give you the best handmade jewellery shopping experience. We are located in Toronto, Ontario, and the multi-cultural aspect of this city shines through in our work! Our supplies are gleaned from all over the world. Some are bought through large distributors, other materials are hand made by fellow artisans. Many of our pieces are made through reclaimed and recycled vintage jewellery pieces.
Kierabel is my joy. I’m committed to providing my pieces at the lowest possible cost to my clients. I try to offer a fair price for my work, but my passion is beading, and my interest is to keep myself in supplies! I use the best quality materials and I buy in bulk, in order to fashion a lower price for you.

I’m inspired by so many things I see! I’m always taking notes, taking pictures, and rushing home to feed the need to bead! I hope you enjoy my designs. Please feel free to ask any questions, I’d be delighted to tell the stories of any piece I’ve created.

Payment

I use PayPal for payment, but I will also accept other forms of payment, such as cheque, RME or money order. Please contact me for details.
Gift Certificates are available. Contact me for details.

Shipping

I package items very carefully and ship via regular post. Items are shipped within the next two days after order (pending payment received). Alternate shipping methods can definitely be arranged. Within Canada, 2 day shipping can usually be arranged for an additional $10. If your item is more than $50 I will register your parcel and insure it, to ensure delivery. We recommend postal insurance for every item.
If there are special delivery instructions, please email me to discuss.

Gift Services: If you are ordering a gift, I will enclose a gift tag and mail the item to a third party on request.

Refunds and Exchanges

Most sales are final. However, in special circumstances, exceptions can be made.
Contact me before making a gift purchase: we will allow a 30-day grace period; shipping charges will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Kierabel welcomes custom and Alchemy orders. Special pricing can be offered on bulk orders of more than 5 items. I am delighted to entertain consignment offers and trades!
