Payment
I must receive payment within 7 days of purchase. If there is a problem let me know we can work something out! :) If no contact is made within 7 days, item will be re-listed.
Shipping
INSURANCE is optional on both US and international purchases. If you wish to purchase this service let me know before making a purchase and I will revise the shipping for you. Domestic orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail. International orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail International or Priority Mail International. If you need the package sooner let me know before making a purchase. Please read below regarding refunds.
Refunds and Exchanges
I package items very carefully but I suggest insurance. I am not responsible for a lost package or any damage to the item(s) unless the package was insured. In that situation, e-mail me. I will not refund if a package was not insured. If you received a wrong item I will refund shipping costs and mail item as soon as the first item is returned to me.
