Welcome

Hi and welcome to my shop! Each egg comes with an egg stand or a finding attached with ribbon for hanging and wrapped in a gift box. If you would like me to attach a finding with ribbon to an egg that doesn't already have one, I will be happy to do it, just let me know.

A note on pricing: I try to price my eggs on a scale of how much time they took to make. The simple ones are generally lower priced, and the more intricate, complicated eggs that took much longer to make are higher priced.

Payment

My preferred method of payment is paypal. I will accept money orders and will ship the order after payment has cleared.

If payment has not been made within 7 days of the order date, then I will cancel the order and place the item back up for sale. If you can't pay right away, please contact me to let me know your method of payment and when I can expect it.

Shipping

I usually ship the next day after I receive payment.
Shipping for Eggs:
To the US, I use USPS priority mail (2-3 days) with U-PIC shipping insurance.

Outside the US, I use USPS First Class Mail International with U-PIC shipping insurance. Shipping time varies.

For locations not listed or expedited shipping options, please contact me.

If ordering more than one egg, shipping for each additional egg is $2.00.

Shipping for Magnets and Cards:
I use USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. This will usually take about 3 days.
For locations other than the US please contact me for a shipping quote. Thanks!

Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason you would like to return the egg, please return in good condition within 14 days. Please treat your egg gently! If the egg is lost or damaged due to shipping, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can make a claim.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you have a request for a design that I don't have up for sale, please contact me and I can let you know if I can do it for you. Some examples of designs are on my sales page, and also my webpage at www.sarahsukrainianeggs.com. I am also open to other custom designs. It works best if you send me a picture of what you have in mind, or describe in detail to me what you want as a starting point.
