Welcome to Mimi & Boo! The items in this shop are inspired by my two gorgeous daughters and created by me with high-quality yarns and supplies. Please come back often, as I am adding new items all the time!

Payment

Items must be paid for within 7 days of offer to buy. I do, of course, understand the occasional delay and difficulty, and am happy to work with you if you contact me as soon as possible.

I prefer Paypal for order payment. I do also accept money orders and cashiers checks. If you choose to send money orders or cashiers checks, please note that your item will not be shipped until payment has cleared my bank. Thanks for your understanding.

Shipping

My standard shipping method is USPS First Class; upgrade to Priority Mail is available upon request. If you wish to upgrade shipping, please let me know before payment and I will send you an updated invoice. Most of my items are lightweight and I have tried to keep my shipping costs low to reflect that.

I generally ship within 2 business days of purchase, excluding custom orders. I will let you know when your item ships and include tracking information.

Insurance is optional but recommended; Mimi & Boo cannot be responsible for loss or damage during shipment.

International customers: I am happy to ship internationally! My international shipping charges are an estimate only; if you contact me before purchase I can give you a more accurate quote, and if shipping is less than expected I will refund the overage.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Mimi & Boo will accept returns (less shipping) within 7 days of purchase for cash or store credit. Purchase price will be refunded when I receive the item back in the condition it was purchased. I will also gladly exchange an item for fit with 7 days; if you need more time (i.e. for a gift) please let me know in advance and I'll work with you.

Custom orders cannot be returned for cash; however exchange or store credit may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders: I welcome and encourage custom and Alchemy orders. I love to work with you to create something unique and special! Cost and time will vary depending on request.

Trades: Mimi & Boo is a trade-friendly shop! If you are a fellow crafter, contact me and show me what you've got!
