Thanx so much for visiting frenchrum on etsy. We are the home of Carmen Colletti, an indie fashion label made with love. We promote individuality for stylish women and hope you like what you see.

Payment

Please pay by Paypal within 3 days of purchase. I will ship readily available items as soon as I receive payment.

Shipping

I will ship internationally with applicable fees.

Insurance is optional but highly recommended especially for some of the finer pieces. Any shipping loss is the customer's responsibility but we will try to help resolve issues with post office if we can.

We will certainly combine shipping. Just ask!

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be accepted within 3 days of receipt of item for unworn, undamaged merchandise. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We will work with you to make your purchase as satisfactory as possible so let us know what we can do to help.
