Hello and welcome to my little corner of Etsy!

I love to craft, create, recycle, upcycle, collect and generally hoard anything that looks like it has potential to be something excellent. So now I bring to you some of my creations and hope that you love them as much as I loved making them.

I have included detailed shipping information in the Shipping Policy area, and the choice is your own for which shipping option you would prefer, just add your preference into the message to seller during checkout!

Payment

I currently accept paypal only.

Payment to be made within 7 days of sale.

If you would like to cancel your order, please advise me before it is shipped - I will always contact you before shipping - once that time has passed orders cannot be cancelled.

Orders for requested customised items cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

I will always contact you before shipping any item.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the item + packaging.

I normally box items and then pack in a bubblewrap lined packet envelope - this weight is approx 50g. For your reference below are the shipping costs by weight. Please add 50g to the weight of your item.

Within the UK:
First Class Service - Delivery normally in 1-2 working days

Airsure can also be provided -- It has priority handling, and is tracked. If you would like this service, it costs £4.50 ($6.76)PLUS the Airmail cost of your item.

For example, sending an item of 120g to Europe with Airsure would cost £2.31 plus £4.50 = £6.81 ($3.47 plus $6.76 = $10.23)

Please note: Surface Mail Letters, Printed Papers and Small Packets services are not available to Chad.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am not held responsible for any damage in transit or any items lost in the post - all items are thoroughly checked before being sent.

All items covered by a 30 day warranty - repairs will be made free of charge during this time. Buyer responsible for shipping costs to return the item to me for repair.

I do not accept returns, so please make sure you check any measurements before ordering and state clearly in message to seller at checkout any custom details.

Requests for custom items are welcomed, please convo me with details.

Gift wrapping is available - just add gift wrap to your order before checkout. I am happy to send the item to an alternative address if it is a gift, and will invoice to your billing address.
