welcome to jenhalldesigns. everything is handmade by me in my home studio (woodworking takes place down the bottom of the garden in the shed). quality of workmanship and standout quirky design my ultimate goals. i try to work in an environmentally responsible manner, and to deliver totally fabulous products for you to enjoy/cherish/wear around town/tell all your friends about (!) .....

textile wise i love working with vintage kimono fabrics which i hunt down, unpick and wash in the bathtub. otherwise anything which feels and performs well, and that generally means natural fibers. all photographs used are my own. all screenprints printed by hand, all original artwork created by me too. yep, one man band!

Payment

i accept payment through Paypal. also personal cheques made out to jenhalldesigns or money orders. if you prefer to use direct debit, please contact me and this can be arranged.

payment within 3 days required.

Shipping

if you would like to ship registered post, please message me before paying and i can calculate additional postage fee. by default all items posted regular mail.

all items wrapped/ presented nicely (usually in stitched recycled paper envelope), and then packaged in padded envelope (recycled when possible) for protection. unless otherwise stated, i aim to post within 3 days of receiving payment. timescale of custom orders will be discussed at the time. the buyer is responsible for all customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

i am happy to exchange undamaged and unworn goods within 7 days, all additional postage the responsibility of the buyer.

returns accepted at sellers discretion only for goods received in damaged condition. please contact seller as soon as possible if this is the case.
