I look forward to working with you in completing you order and hope that you do the same too.

Payment

Payment must be received before shipment of order.
Cancellations must be received within 24 hrs of purchase.

Shipping

I ship First Class Mail unless you need rush/faster shipping I will be more than happy to do so. I typically ship within 24 hrs of orders, except on weekends (all weekends order shipped on Monday). Also, please allow 5-7 days to receive order, delivery confirmation included with every order.
*I offer discount shipping on custom and large orders.*

Refunds and Exchanges

I will be more than happy to replace and/or accept a return within 7 days of receipt. I get delivery confirmation when I ship so you will be provided with that, so that we both know when you package has arrived. I will go by the delivery confirmation information in determining the processing of a replacement or return on an item. Also, I will refund you in the same way that you paid and if I have to replace an item I will gladly pay for the item to be shipped back to you.
