My name is Viktoria. I am 30 years old. I live and work in Israel.
I use diferent texniques in my designs. I crochet and knitiing. Most of my items are one of a kind. I use only natural yarns, stones for my designs.

Payment

I accept PayPall only.
The shipping only after the payment. Then i`ll send your order in register mail.
If I do not receive a payment within 3 days after you've ordered I will attempt to contact you. If no payment is received within 10 days, I will cancel your order and relist the item.

Refunds and Exchanges

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receiving it, please contact me within 30 days of your order's date.

I will accept returns if you find that the item is not as listed, or has any deffect that was not mentioned.
However, the returned item must be in its original condition.
You will need to pay for the return shipping expenses. I will refund the full purchase amount, minus shipping fe
