Payment

I will give a grace period of three days for an item that has been purchase through Etsy, but not paid for, then I will convo you and leave you a message

Shipping

I ship USPS priority to all US destinations, usually takes 2-3 days.
I ship First Class to all other destinations

please allow 10-12 days from the date of purchase to rec'v your order, but it's usually a lot faster!

Refunds and Exchanges

In any case you are totally unsatisfied with you product, you must
contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. In case of a refund, you must return the unwanted item and I will refund you the full amount minus the shipping. In case of a return, you must return the unwanted item, I will replace your item minus the shipping.
