Payment

I happily accept PayPal and Money Orders. :)
Please do not send cash, or personal checks.

I would appreciate that payment be made no later than 3 days after purchase, though I won't hold you to that strictly.

Do note that I will not ship any item until I receive payment for it, so if you choose to pay very late, shipping may be delayed.

Shipping

-DOMESTIC(Within the USA)-

-All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
-All items under $50 ship for $6.50.
-Every item under $50 after the first item will be shipped for only $1 on combined orders!
-Every item over $50 after the first item will be shipped half price (up to $100).
(Shipping discounts given on items with lowest shipping fees)


-INTERNATIONAL(Outside the USA)-

-All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
-All items under $50 ship for $9.50. (With the exception of Canada, which will ship for $8.00)
-Every item after the first item (up to 5) will be shipped half price on combined orders.
(Shipping discounts given on items with lowest shipping fees)


Please expect up to 2 weeks for the delivery of your items. This time frame may be somewhat flexible as I cannot dictate how long the post will take to run.
I am not responsible for slow post.

I try to ship all orders within 10 days of purchase(if the item is In-Stock, this time is shortened to 3 days).

Some large items may take longer for me to make and ship. If your item will take me longer than 10 days to complete, I will let you know via ETSY Convo.

I purchase Delivery Confirmation on all domestic items shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept returns on any NON-CUSTOM* items listed in my shoppe.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact me stating your reason for returning the item within 7 days of the item's ship date.

The ship date will be on the invoice you received in the mail with the item.


-FOR DAMAGE CLAIM RETURNS-
You must have photo evidence of damage or flaws inflicted prior to your receiving the item.
You will be refunded the full price of the item, minus shipping, and you are responsible for the price of shipping the item back.


-FOR OTHER CLAIMS-
If the item you receive does not meet your standards, but is otherwize in good condition, you may return it in exchange for a replacement in any size listed, or a store credit coupon, good for the item's value.
You are responsible for all shipping fees.

NOTE: Returned items MUST be shipped back to me, BEFORE refund is given.


I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.

To help make sure everything ends up where it should, please be sure to check your shipping addresses with ETSY and PayPal.
If these addresses are not the same, or incorrect, please contact me when you make a purchase to let me know what address to use.


*Non-Custom Items are any item listed in my ETSY. The fact that an item is customizable does not make it a custom item.

Custom items are items special ordered from me that must have a new listing created for them, such as projects from 'Request Custom Item', or Alchemy.
