My only goal is to satisfy you 100%!

Payment

Paypal is my primary choice for payment. In particular cases I will be able to consider taking money orders (just convo me).
I DO NOT accept creditcard orders or personal checks.

No item will be shipped previous to payment. If I don't receive payment or hear from you within 3 days, I will be forced to cancel your order.

If you have ordered an item but want to cancel your order you can convo me. I will work with you to find a satisfying solution.

Shipping

Shipping is from Spain.
I prefer using kraft paper packages to cellophane, but I assure you that every precaution in packaging is taken to ensure that your purchase arrives safely to you.
I generally ship within 2-5 days of payment and will notify you if not.
I will use recycled packaging materials whenever possible.
The items are sent by regular mail (cheapest option). If you would like another option (track shipping or add insurance) just let me know before placing your order and I will work out a revised invoice for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

My goal is complete satisfaction so I will do my best to work out a replacement or refund if the item received does not meet your expectations or any issue arises. Please notify me if there are any problems with your purchase within 1 week after reception. You will have 2 weeks from the day you received it to send it back to me. I will give you a refund on the item as soon as I receive it. You will not get your shipping refunded. If an item has been used, I won't take it back.
