We aim to please. If you have any questions,please contact us and we'll do our best to satisfy.

Payment

We accept paypal (including credit card payments) and money orders. Will consider accepting checks for a regular etsy buyer with good feedback- please message us for pre-approval.

Shipping

We ship all larger items priority mail. We try to ship within two days of receiving payment, though occaissionally there are delays. Please message us if you need it in a hurry and we will do our best.

Cards are shipped USPS standard mail and are shipped no charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

CARDS AND PAPER ITEMS: No returns; refunds or exchanges.

QUILTS, BAGS and other SEWN ITEMS: If you are disatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please message us right away to discuss your options. We want our customers to be happy and we will work with you to correct the situation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Direct mailing of cards is available. If you are running short on time for a special occaision, we will type your provided message into the card you've purchased and mail it directly to the recipient.
