Hi, I’m Heather ‘Vedis’ Koerner, the artist behind Fensalir’s Fortune. I was given the bug for beads by my Grandmother who bought me my first set of beads at the tender age of 8! In 2002 I bought my first lampworking kit, and fell in love with glass and it’s many wonderful properties. I was hooked. I could now make the beads I used in my work! From that moment on, I have been trying to find ways to perfect my craft, and my vision of that craft. All creations are handmade and the larger pieces are usually one of a kind!

Payment

I accept Pay Pal.

Shipping

Because this is an obsession of mine and not a full time job, (and some pieces can be really complicated!) it may take up to 3 weeks to get a commissioned piece. I will, of course, keep you up to date on all progress made on the piece.

Items will be shipped after payment is received.

Refunds and Exchanges

These pieces take days of work on my part, so I get rather attached. If you are unsatisfied with the item you purchased, please let me know and we can work out an exchange, or return.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are welcome! We can discuss designs and I will send you a pdf of the graph I will be working from before the design is started so you know you will get exactly what you want. I do require 50% downpayment up front.
