Thank you for having a look at my shop. I am passionate about vintage textiles and love the process of gathering materials to use in my art.

I construct each piece with care to ensure that they not only look beautiful but will hold up with lots of wear!

If you have any concerns please contact me. I stand by the quality of my work and if there are any problems I will do whatever it takes to make it right.

Payment

I only accept PayPal as payment at this time. Payment is due within three days of purchase. A cancellation must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping

I quote shipping prices based on a standard airmail service that takes between 10-14 days. It often is faster than this however and can arrive within one week to the U.S. (Occasionally packages can get delayed at the border of course which is beyond my control). There is a $100. insurance but no tracking.
If you would like faster more insured service I will give you a quote.

I ship within 1-2 days. I will inform you when I have shipped your item. I appreciate notification when your package safely arrives, hopefully through positive feedback!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please inform me within 48 hours of receiving it. If it is not defective but you simply have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and I can only refund item cost but NOT cost of shipping item to you.

Once item is back to me in perfect condition I will contact you and promptly issue a refund through PayPal.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are welcome! Price will be agreed upon in advance and 50% payment is due at the start with the other 50% due upon completion. Your approval will be confirmed in photos of the finished work.

Unfortunately, I do not do consignment for any location outside of Toronto, however, if you wish to purchase 5 or more pieces for a retail outlet a discount can be negotiated.
