Hi, Welcome to the nitty-gritty details section of my shop.

All of my sewn items are surged and straight stitched for durability. I carefully go over each item to make sure it's complete and durable.

My ceramics are fired in a gang kiln and glaze fired to cone 6.

All photos are created after the order has been placed. Most orders will be shipped within 10 days. Custom orders and matting may take a few additional days.

Most anything I paint is painted with nontoxic acrylic paint. I will note otherwise.

I make paper mache masks. Please feel free to contact me about a custom order.

Payment

I accept paypal. Please pay at checkout. I will ship your item when payment is recieved. If you wish to pay by money order convo me. I will have to wait for it to arrive to ship your item.

Shipping

Shipping costs can *sometimes* be found in each individual listing.

I do combine shipping costs.

Please note that this does not include insurance. I cannot be held responsible for delivery times once your package has left my hands.

If you'd like to purchase insurance or require a quicker shipping method, please contact me for options and prices.

Items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment usually 24 hours.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do my best to do my best. It's very important to me that your happy with your purchase. Hopefully I have described my item well and you will find no falt with it. But if you recive something and feel you have been misled I will fix or replace it at my cost. If you wish a refund you will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are welcome. On items over $50, I require a half payment before starting and the other half upon completion. No rush orders on masks. I’ll need a month’s notice on masks. Full costumes will take 2 months provided I‘m not already working on one.
