Shipping
Default shipping is USPS Priority. If you prefer USPS First Class, let me know in the comments section and I'll refund the difference.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me before returning any items. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase from JJ Jewels and I stand by my workmanship. Feel free to ask any questions before purchase.
After purchase, if you are not completely happy with an item, I will accept the return of the item for store credit or (where possible) exchange within 14 days of receiving your shipment from JJ Jewels. However, I regret that custom orders cannot be returned unless defective. I am always willing to discuss options and try to work out problems, so please contact me if you have any questions, before or after your order.
If you need to return an item, please do the following:
Notify me of your intent to return, the reason why and how to reach you. Please DO NOT send back anything without contacting me first.
Make the return within 14 days of receipt of
merchandise.
Carefully package and INSURE the merchandise for
shipping. Merchandise damaged or broken in shipping will not be accepted for credit/exchange, and JJ Jewels cannot accept responsibility for uninsured returns that are lost in shipping.
Please understand that postage and insurance are non-refundable.
