Thanks for your interest in my shop, I do all my crafts with lots of love.

Payment

* I currently only accept Paypal payments.
* Payment is due in full within 3 days of purchase.
* For any item not paid within 3 days, the order will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed.

Shipping

* Your item will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of your payment.
* Items to UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class as standard (1-2 working days).
* International orders are sent standard airmail (3-5 working days).

Refunds and Exchanges

* Due to the custom nature of my business, returns will only be evaluated on a case-by-case situation and are not guaranteed.
* Any inquiry into a return must be received within 7 days from the date the item was received by the buyer. After 7 days no return will be possible.
* Shipping costs for any return is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance. Returns must be sent using a method that requires signature proof of delivery.
