Payment

PAYMENT:

UK BUYERS

U.K. Buyers may pay via PayPal, postal order, or cheque. Orders will be mailed only when the bank has cleared the cheque. I am PayPal verified, so payment through PayPal is most desired, however I understand that not everyone has PayPal, or a credit card, so cheques are accepted, but they must be mailed within three days of purchase. If I do not receive the cheque within 13 business days, I will cancel the sale, and mark it as payment unsent.

Please consider insurance, which you can request upon purchase for the fees you see below.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

It may take up to 4 weeks after the postage date for the package to arrive. I will endeavour to make this sooner, please contact me in the conversation section for special circumstances regarding post, i.e. if it's a last minute gift and I can help in any way to speed up delivery. I accept payment through PayPal ONLY

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE

Products purchased must returned in full and in good condition. You may receive a refund unless the product is damaged.

If you would like to return something within these guide lines, I am more than happy to refund you the costs after the product has made it back to me. Upon an exchange, I will send your new exchanged items once the original product has arrived to me.

Shipping

SHIPPING:

Packages usually go out within 2-4 days of purchase, HOWEVER It it may take up to, and take no longer than 7 days to ship your items out from the date the payment clears. (Please understand that I run this shop on my own and work hard to get my orders out quickly). If you are in need of the package before 7 days after a confirmed payment, you can contact me on conversation , and I will be happy to ship your package on the following business day.

Shipping Costs:

Between $2.00 and $4.00 on all Domestic shipping
Between $4.00 and $6 for international


Depending on the weight of the item listed, shipping costs are subject to change, as well as additional shipping costs. Shipping costs are individually priced on my Etsy page. I am open to discussion about shipping costs.

It is your responsibility to request insurance if you so desire and I will include it in the invoice.
