Welcome to Asgard! I am located in Music City, Nashville, Tennessee. Below you will find information on payment options, shipping and return policies. Payment

Payment is via PayPal or Money Order.

You can pay with a Credit Card using PayPal without having a PayPal account. If paying by PayPal please pay immediately after checkout on Etsy.

Payment is expected within one week (barring holidays) if you choose to send a Money Order, and you are responsible for all postage and any fees such as certified mail or return receipts. If it is lost in the mail, then I am not responsible for it and you will need to either pay by PayPal or send a replacement Money Order.

Tips are very welcome, especially if paying via PayPal without a PayPal verified account. (This charges me an additional fee.)

9.25% tax is charged to Tennessee residents

Shipping

I will ship anywhere in the World as long as import/export rules allow. All items are carefully packed, suitable for gift giving, in cotton, paper, and/or bubble wrap filled boxes to ensure a damage-free arrival, which means we have to use the package mailing rates, rather than envelope rates.

Domestic: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2 business days) with Insurance within the United States.

International: Shipped via First Class International Airmail for the rest of the world. International shipping rates are based on package rates and delivery destinations and may vary from the estimated shipping. All additional duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Insurance for International is not provided but is optional if you request it. As you may know, the price increases dramatically with insurance, so I only offer it as an option.

If you live in or around Nashville, Tennessee, you don't have to wait for your piece in the mail. Simply contact me and I’ll be happy to deliver your purchase to you.

Your purchase is shipped no later than 48 hours after payment is cleared. I will send you a message once the item is shipped.

Please contact me if you require a different shipping method prior to purchase so I may adjust any differences in price (be it expedited or slowed). I am happy to accommodate any requests.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are available for refund or exchange.

Warranty:
I intend my work to last a lifetime.
If you have any problem with something purchased from me, as long as the damage is not due to misuse or intentional abuse, my warranty covers the repairs. Just contact me and be ready to pay the shipping both ways- I'll cover the rest. It's as simple as that.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I welcome custom requests and am more than happy to work with you to create a special treasure according to your specifications.

Wholesale: I do accept wholesale upon request. A tax ID number is required.

Sizing: Please contact me with your inquiry.

Care & Maintenance: Always put your jewelry on after you sprits yourself with hairspray and perfume, as the chemicals can damage the metal &/or stones. For cleaning silver you can use toothpaste mixed with water and then rub the piece gently; follow with a rinse and blow dry or air dry (diluted Mr. Clean works great too). Please try not to swim, sleep, garden, mow the lawn, workout, etc. while wearing your jewelry. Jewelry is precious, and even though it can hold up to these activities, it is not meant for any of these purposes.
