Welcome

Greenweeds are craft makers based in Ceredigion, Wales, UK, working with wool sourced exclusively from UK flocks. We are committed to using locally sourced products to create individual and contemporary felted home and fashion accessories.

Payment

UK and non-UK buyers: Paypal within 3 days of purchase.
UK only: cheques drawn on UK based bank account, posted within 3 days of purchase. Items will be shipped once your cheque has cleared.

Shipping

Insurance included in shipping quote. Postage and packaging is quoted at cost, I do not make any money on this aspect of the sale.
Buyers outside of the UK are responsible for any import taxes and duties required by customs departments of their country.
Notification of shipping will be provided along with a tracking code where applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items can be returned for refund or exchange as long as they are posted within 7 days of receipt by the buyer and in packaging of an quality equivalent to that used for shipping to you (recycled is fine).
Refunds will only be given on receipt of the item in a new unused condition, please use a traceable delivery service as I cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
Cost of return postage to be borne by buyer. Postage and packaging on original purchase are not refunded but will always have been charged at cost.
