Heart keepsakes are as individual as the person who selects them. They also reflect the personality of the person who receives it.
So if you are looking for something that is not in my shop and would like to request a special custom order please feel free to convo me.

Payment

PAYMENT:
Currently all payments are processed through Paypal.
To make payment at the time of purchase with your Paypal account just click on the Paypal button at checkout. Payment is not complete until you receive your Paypal email receipt.

CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

Shipping

SHIPPING:
USPS First Class Mail. Flat rate $1.75
I will provide delivery confirmation number.
Your package will ship within 1 business day once payment has cleared.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS:
I will accept returns within 5 days of receipt of item.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Item must be in the same condition it was sent.
Please contact me prior to returning your item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

PACKAGING:
Each heart is individually wrapped for presentation. I use a white shipping box, cello sheet, tissue and ribbon.
Ready for gift giving or just for you!

GIFTS:
I would love to put together a special gift wrapped heart for you to send to that special someone.
Please include the name, address and message for recipient in "message to seller" area during checkout.
I will enclose a gift card with your message.
