PLEASE NOTE: You are strongly urged to review and acknowledge the conditions under which you may apply for a Refund/Exchange of the product you purchased from us. Every customer is obliged to agree with the terms of our Payment, Shipping and Refund/Exchange policy upon placing an order with us.

Payment

We only accept Paypal; Paypal is the most common payment nowadays and it is EASY to use^^

PLEASE NOTE: If payment is not received within 3 days, the transaction may be cancel or void.

If you are having any issues with Paypal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will attempt to assist you in anyway that we can.

Shipping

Please allow us to post all orders every SATURDAY after receiving cleared payment. Our time line is base on GMT+8. We are using registered mail to ensure safe delivery of the item. Please make sure somebody is in the given address else you will need to get from your nearest post office with the card drop by postmen. All items will be placed inside a bubble envelope as for protection. There will be extra charges for special gift boxes if required.

Peninsular Malaysia – Approx. 2-3 working days
East Malaysia - Approx. 7-10 working days
Worldwide – Approx. 7-14 working days (max. 21 working days)

* Shipping insurance provided upon request. Insurance charges may be cost more.
** Express shipping services provided upon request. This shipping will cost a lot more. Recommended for invoice more than US$ 150.00.
** We shall not responsible to any lost of item.

Refunds and Exchanges

We are offering 30 Days Return & Refund. We will happily refund your money if you are displeased with any items. You need to contact us immediately upon receiving item if you are unhappy. It needs to be returned in the same condition it was received, or no refunds will be issued. We refund no questions asked provided we receive the item back with 30 days of purchase date, in the condition it was received. Please note that, we do not refund shipping costs. Refunds must made in the form of paypal, like they were paid.
