Payment

We prefer Pay Pal above anything else. If you have a circumstance you wish to share with us, convo us before making a purchase. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

Shipping

How we ship:

United State - Priority, unless purchaser prefers more expensive shipping method

Foreign - First Class, unless purchaser prefers more expensive shipping method

Items will be shipped to the provided address listed on the ETSY receipt, not the Pay Pal receipt.

If the address is different on the Pay Pal receipt, item will be shipped to the address listed on the Etsy receipt regardless.

If you'd like the item shipped to another location, it is the buyer's responsibility to list that address in the "Ship To" section when checking out. If further instructions apply, please convo us.

All items are sent within a TEN (10) day period - unless a rush is preferred by purchaser. If preferred, convo before purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact us if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

If your return is granted, all items must be returned in their original packaging, and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. You pay return shipping plus any other costs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Our robots are fragile and must be handled with care! We package them accordingly. Luckily, they are also easy to repair with a little dab of hot glue or super glue.

We ask that you don't leave negative feedback if a robot comes damaged, we strive to make this an extraordinary exchange and will do what we can to better the situation.
