Welcome

I hand make all the pet fun in my smoke free studio and keep your purchases away from my curious pets in sealed containers and bags. Catnip toys are made to order to insure super potent minty freshness. Functional art is what I love. Your pets don't need ugly mystery fabric/glue/plastic toys made who knows where. They put these things in their mouths! So give them some handmade love, product tested by the best pets around.

Payment

I take Paypal. They have a e-check option for those who don't want to use cards. Its secure and best for both of us!

I also gladly take personal checks, however I will wait until I get the check and it clears until will ship your items. So it just takes a bit longer.

Shipping

Unless told otherwise I will ship to your Etsy address.
Shipping is done mostly USPS. Large orders may go UPS. I do ship internationally, let me know in a conversation and I will add the shipping based on where you are. Its exciting to get orders from far away so don't be shy.

International orders:
All customs forms are marked as "Other" and specified with the actual retail value displayed. Any and all duties, customs fees and applicable taxes that may be incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Most packages shipped outside of the US will arrive in 6-10 business days. However, if a package is held up in customs, it may take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. If the delivery of your package is delayed beyond the 6-10 business days, please call your local Post Office and local Customs office to inquire about the status of your non-delivered package.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you aren't happy with your purchase please let me know. I will do my best to resolve any issues. Cat toys are made strongly but are not indestructible. Our Golden has ripped apart quite a few herself so they aren't doggie proof.
