Thank you for stopping by my little Etsy shop.

Everything you see is one of a kind in my shop and I can not reproduce it since many of the things I have are through people sending me them. You may just see the same paper or stamped image but that's the only thing that's the same but the style of using it is completely different.

I am happy to create custom orders, please allow up to a week for the order to be made as it depends on what you would like and if I have the right supplies.

Please read through my policy before purchasing.

Payment

International/Europe All payments accepted are paypal only.

For UK customers I prefer paypal but can accept cheques & postal orders.

For Custom orders you will need to pay first before I make the item.

Shipping

I ship anywhere and everywhere so if you don't see your country listed please let me know. Also please be aware of what is or isn't allowerd in to your country as I will not be responsible for any items kept by customs because its not allowed.

All items in the UK will be shipped using 1st class mail please allow next day to 3 days for delivery

International and Europe Mail will be posted using Airmail please allow 3 to 20 days for delivery.

I can not guarntee how long it will take but I post items the next day of your buying or the day after... I will send you a conversation when I do to let you know.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept returned items because I feel my images and descriptions offer all the information you need, also I am very conversation friendly and will answer any questions prior to buying.

For lost or damaged items I will be unable to replace the item with one that is exactly the same because my items are one of a kind and I do not have the supplies to make more. You can ...

1) choose something else from my store
2) have a refund of the cost of the item but not the shipping as I did ship your item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Only purchase something from my store if you intend to pay on purchase. I will wait until 2 days before I will leave you a negative feedback and relist the item.

If you like something but can not pay straight away I can reserve the item for 2 days for you.
