Welcome to Red Ruby Rose - handmade limited edition clutches using carefully selected prints (including my own fabric designs), and the finest quality dupion silks for linings.

I always giftwrap - with tissue paper and ribbon and ship in a sturdy box. If you require a personal message printed on the gift tag or seasonal wrap I can easily do this for you.

Payment

Worldwide I accept Paypal.

For European customers I accept Paypal and bank transfer.

For UK customers I accept Paypal, BACS, personal cheque and Postal order.

Shipping

I ship from the UK using standard international airmail via Royal Mail.

This airmail shipping option can be upgraded to a registered service (international signed for) which includes tracking (to USA and Canada) and signature on delivery. It's an extra $7 (worldwide) on top of standard shipping. Please contact me after checkout if you would like this upgraded shipping and I will send a separate Paypal invoice.

Alternatively, if you need your item/s in a hurry I can send internationally overnight via FedEx. Please contact me direct for an international shipping quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be delighted with your clutch. if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me directly to discuss further.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am happy to accept custom orders and can match colour swatches and work with supplied fabric.

I'm afraid I do not currently offer wholesale or consignment terms.
