Hello! Thank you for choosing Imaj Works for your graphic design needs.

Payment

For all pre-made layouts/templates, I have figured out the price for each item based on an hourly rate. For all custom slots, I will include two hours in the listing price. After those two hours, additional hourly charges may apply.

Currently, I am only accepting payment via checks or money orders. I expect to have a Propay account set up shortly and will be able to accept all major credit cards at that time.

Shipping

Generally, your items will be delivered to you via digital delivery.

In the event that you order labels, business cards, or other marketing materials, I will ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you would prefer another shipping method, please let me know. Any additional shipping charges incurred from an alternate shipping method will be the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges for design services. I will do my very best to work efficiently in the time provided.
