Thank you so much for stopping by my shop! With so many wonderful sellers here on Etsy, I want to thank you for choosing mine to purchase from, or at least, brows through. :)

My studio is a smoke free environment but, although I do keep my work clean, I occasionally enjoy the company of my dogs, and on even rarer occasions, my cat will grace me with her presence. So, if you are highly allergic, you may not want to purchase from me.

Payment

I accept PayPal, money orders/cashier checks, personal checks and cash (local only...please do NOT mail cash).

If paying with PayPal, please be sure your PayPal and Etsy addresses match for speedy shipping.

I welcome personal checks but there will be a 10 day waiting period from the time the check is deposited into my account before items are shipped.

Shipping

I try my best to ship within 24 hours of payment received. When purchasing more than one item, if paid combined shipping cost is more than $0.50 over actual shipping cost, I will refund the difference.

For the environmentally conscious, I have a wonderful brother-in-law who supplies me with bubble wrap and other packing materials that he rescues from the fate of a dumpster at his workplace. This does not include padded envelopes which are very difficult to reuse, and USPS boxes.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want all my customers to be happy with their purchase, so if you are not happy, please be sure to let me know. I will make it right with you.
