BeansproutCreations's Shop Policies

Payment

- Beansprout Creations accepts PayPal.
- Payment is required within 24 hours of purchase.
- Tax is included, you will not have additional charges
- PayPal address must match your Etsy address if purchasing a physical item.

Shipping

- Shipping to the US only.
- Payment must be received before item/s is shipped.
- All items will be shipped free via USPS priority mail (2-3 days).
- Delivery confirmation is standard on every package.
- We ship every Tuesday and Friday.
- Item/s are shipped to the purchaser's listed Etsy address only

Refunds and Exchanges

- There are no returns or exchanges on pattern purchases.
- Returns are allowed only if you receive an incorrect item.
- If you receive an item other than what you purchased, contact us within 48 of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
- Customer will receive compensation for return shipping fees (up to $5) and is required to include shipping confirmation.
- Once the item is received by us, confirmed to be an incorrect item and free from any damage or wear, money will be refunded or the appropriate item will be shipped.

- All items are created in a smoke-free, pet-free home.
- All patterns will be sent via email in PDF format.
