Welcome

I am a Stay at home mommy to an incredible 1 year old little girl. I love to create beautiful clothing and accessories for her and would like to share my creations with others!

Please note that orders may take 7-10 days for creation. Some orders can be processed much sooner but I like to let customers know in advance. Email me prior to ordering should you need something sooner.

Payment

Payment► I accept Paypal payments for all orders.

► I request payment for orders within the 3 days of placing the order (as is standard on Etsy). I will contact the buyer to discuss any issues that may occur. Non-payment will be reported to Etsy and Negative feedback will be left.

► To cancel an order, please contact me within 3 days of the order. I am happy to work with you if you accidentally purchase an item or change your mind, just let me know! I will then contact Etsy and cancel the order, providing the explanation you provide to me.

Shipping

I ship using USPS Priority Shipping 2-5 days.

**GIFT PACKAGING**
All of my items are normally wrapped in decorative tissue paper with a grosgrain ribbon. If you would like a special message, please let me know in "Notes to Seller" and I will be happy to write a note for you. I am also happy to further wrap your item(s) if you would like. Please just contact me, and I'll be happy to work with you!

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges
►I do not provide Refunds unless there is not another suitable replacement item available. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, please let me know. I will work with you to resolve the issue.

►Exchanges -- please just contact me with your concern, and I will provide you with an address to ship back the item. Include a note with your name, address and the item that should be sent in replacement. As soon as I get the item in, I will be happy to ship out a replacement.
