Payment

We accept PayPal and personal checks. If you want to pay with a check, please be informed that we need to deposit the check before sending out your item.

Shipping

I try to ship the day of or next day. The Heat Relaxers go out via USPS Priority Mail.

If you would like next day shipping, let me know; standard USPS rates apply.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money after you have returned the item in it's original condition. Shipping will be at your expense. We stand behind our product and hope that you love it as much as we do!

Additional Policies and FAQs

WHOLESALE ORDERS: just contact me and I can send you detailed information. My heat relaxers are currently in three stores in Franklin, TN :: posh maternity store Pickles and Ice Cream, Bokko Designs at the Factory and at The Loft in Henpeck Market. The Loft also carries my recycled, re-purposed scarves and journals.
