Welcome

Hi, I take great care in making my hats. I want to make sure your shopping experience is equally enjoyable and hassle free. If you wish to purchase a sold item, you may place an order by email or contact me and I will create a reserve listing for you.

Payment

I accept Paypal payment in US Dollars.

You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal - you can choose the Paypal option during checkout. Once you submit your order, click the "Pay Now" button. If you scroll down you will see the option to pay with a credit or debit card without having to sign in to a Paypal account.

Payment must be made in full and cleared before the item is shipped.

If you make a purchase and change your mind before paying, please let me know and I will cancel the transaction no questions asked. I will not leave you negative feedback for transactions canceled in this way. If you do not contact me about canceling the transaction, however, I WILL leave negative feedback.

If you have any problems please contact me, I will be happy to do anything I can to assist you.

Shipping

Items are shipped in a recycled cardboard package wrapped in brown packing paper, and includes care and laundering instructions.

I try to visit the post office the day of or day after your order, although sometimes I can get a bit behind. Your package will be in the mail as soon as I am able.

If your Etsy and Paypal mailing addresses differ, please contact me with the address you'd prefer your package shipped to. If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you within 72 hours I will ship to the address given by Paypal.

If you would like me to ship your order to someone else (as a gift), I will wrap it and send it to the required address, just let me know in the "message to seller". I can include a note as well, if you'd like!

I ship all orders using the US Postal Service, First-Class Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.
If you prefer Priority or Express Mail, please let me know before you check out so I can adjust the invoice.
If you would like any additional services added (signature confirmation, etc), please contact me about that before you check out.

*International Orders*
I ship all international orders First-Class Mail, International. Please keep in mind that the default shipping option does NOT include delivery confirmation or insurance and delivery time varies.

If you would like Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance and takes 6-10 business days to deliver, please send me a note before you check out.
