Payment

Payment should be made via PayPal (only) AT THE TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE, thanks! If paying with an Echeck through PayPal please be aware that echecks can take up to 7 business days to process and therefore your order will not ship until the payment clears. The "other" designation is to be used when redeeming a gift certificate only.

I understand that sometimes in our busy lives things can get a little hectic. If payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase, I'll send you a friendly reminder to complete the order. If no payment is received within 3 days, the item will be re-listed.

All purchases are shipped within 24 hours of completed payment.

Shipping

All items are shipped using USPS Priority. Shipping costs are clearly stated in each listing and will be automatically invoiced when you pay using PayPal. If by chance you would rather a slower method of shipping please email me and I will send you a revised invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand behind the quality of every piece I make. If you ever have a problem or concern about a piece you purchased, please do not hestitate to email and we will work together to sort it all out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

SIZING: Each piece I sell is finished to a certain length/size. If you would like me to make your purchase smaller/larger please simply contact me before purchase. Most items can be resized but a number of styles once complete are not resizeable. In these cases, a special order can be arranged, please just convo (email) me for information.

I take pride in the quality of my work, so I ask that when you are happy with your order please leave me a positive feedback. If for ANY reason you are unsatisfied, let me know first! Please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback of any kind. Neutral and negative feedback cannot be retracted once it is left.
