My passion for creating these garments is what keeps me going. I strive to satisfy every client by creating a unique and beautiful gown for each and every one.
I take on each project with the utmost sincerity and design every gown with every attention to detail.
Payment
COPYRIGHT
Please note, several of my items are created from patterns copyrighted by Deconstructress Designs. Purchase of these items for the purpose of pattern creation is solely prohibited and will be pursued within the limits of the law.
PAYMENT
I prefer Paypal for payment, but if you have a different form of payment, please convo me prior to purchase. Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase or the sale will be cancelled. Taxes will apply if purchased within the state of Utah. Payment in full must be made before the work begins on your costume or gown.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
I guarantee the workmanship to be of professional quality. Please note that due to the process in creating these garments, perfection is not possible. The dyeing process and very nature of the garments require raw edges, variations in color and other irregularities, all of which add to the unique style of my garments
FIT GUARANTEE
All garments will be created according to measurements provided by you. It is often necessary to have some minor alterations done by a tailor local to you once you receive your dress due to my inability to fit your dress in person.
COMMUNICATION
I agree to answer all questions in a timely and considerate manner. You agree to communicate any questions or concerns in a timely manner throughout the design and construction process. Communication is an important part of a couture garment ... plus I'm kinda fun to talk to.
DELIVERY OF COMPLETED GARMENT
Deconstructress Designs agrees to deliver your garment on or before the requested delivery date. If you do not specify a delivery date, please allow at least 8 weeks for delivery.
RUSH ORDER
A rush order can be made for an additional 25% of the total cost plus any extra shipping fees for express shipping. Due to my limited orders that I accept, rush orders are not always possible (usually from August to October.)
ORDERING INFO
Once I receive your payment, these Terms and Conditions will be in effect. The materials will be ordered for your gown immediately and all work will begin on your garment. I will remain in close communication with you throughout the design process.
GARMENT CARE
It is recommended that your item is only cleaned by a reputable dry cleaning facility. Each garment that has been painted is completely permanent and will not wash away or fade. However, certain garments that are painted in layers may lose detail if they are cleaned. I will notify you in these cases about proper care.
DISCLAIMER
I am not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur while wearing any garment manufactured by me. You are responsible for your own actions and agrees to hold Deconstructress Designs blameless.
By making a payment to Deconstructress Designs, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
Shipping
I generally ship Priority Mail at a flat rate, but I try to keep it as close as possible to actual costs. I will ship the dress anyway you choose, so make sure to tell me if you want me to ship it any other way.
Dresses are safely shipped in left over petticoat netting and tulle and usually wrapped with some pretty satin ribbon.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because most of my dresses are custom made, returns are not usually accepted. However, if you receive the dress and feel it is nothing like what you wanted or have anything other than minor fit issues, please convo me and we can work something out to make both of us happy.
