My first priority is customer satisfaction, I want everyone to be happy with their orders. Please read my policies care and if you do not understand something and need clarification contact me. I want all transactions to go smoothly. Hope you enjoy your purchases.

Payment

I only accept PayPal from international buyers. For US and Canadian buyers I accept PayPal, personal checks and money orders PayPal is preferred. When sending payment of checks or Money orders, they must be received and cleared before the order is shipped. When paying via PayPal, payment should be made at time of purchase, if for some reason your payment is not received please contract me explaining your story. Communication is vital, if you don't make contact with me to let me know why your payment is delayed, I will wait 24 hours and after that I will re-list items and cancel the transaction. I'm very willing to do reserved listing, please convo me to arrange this.

Shipping

My shipping prices cover only the shipping and packaging cost, I try my best to keep them as low as possible, because who likes paying astronomically shipping prices. All order are sent via USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the size of the order. Items that are already made normally shipped in 1-3 business days after purchase, However item is sewn-to-order will be shipping once completed (see additional information for more details). Expedited shipping, shipment tracking or insurances are available convo me or mention it in the "message to seller" option at the time of purchase. I'll recalculate the prices accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'm happy to offer refunds or replacements on any merchandise that is received damaged, I packaged all my order with care to insure the they will be receive. Please make your damage claim immediately, You have one week to send them back for replacement. Exchanges are granted on an individual basis contact me to see if your purchase is eligible. As for Made-to-order items, please take your measurement careful, I am not liable for any incorrect measurements.

Additional Policies and FAQs

It may take 2-3 weeks minimum to finish made-to-order clothing and 1 week made-to-order hats, depending on my schedule it maybe be soon, so convo me if you have an urgent need and I can't make any promises but I'll see what I can do.

I'm willing to do custom order, consignment and wholesale order contract me and we can work it out.
