Welcome to the ELINtm shipping and store policy. I hope all the information you need is here. If you have any questions about the items or shipping, do contact me.

My mission is to make beautiful and unique accessories, using the best materials available. This shop is not about quantity it's about making something of quality to the best of my ability. I believe in good customer service and hope when you receive your purchase you are going to be delighted!

All items are made in a pet and smoke free environment.

SPECIAL BESPOKE ORDERS

This means you can commission an item in your chosen colors and style or using an event or item of clothing as inspiration for a truly personal item. Matching items can also be made.

For smaller items no payment in advance is necessary. For orders over $100, 50% of payment is required and the final payment only when you are pleased with the resulting item.

Please initiate the process by 'convo', I like to continue consultation throughout the process to guarantee satisfaction.

Payment

Payment is by Paypal or Cheque. All payments must clear before purchases are dispatched.

Please take care to ensure you fully complete the Paypal checkout system. If you encounter problems please contact me.

If Paypal payment isn't cleared within three days , a reminder is sent. If a reply is then not received, the order will be canceled and relisted after 7 days.

Cheques can take up to 9 days to clear. I will contact you as soon as it has cleared and dispatch your purchase as soon as possible.

Items can be 'reserved' easily by contacting me.

Shipping

If you are selecting the item as a gift, you can contact me with the recipients details and I will package and send the item accordingly.

All items are sent via first class mail or Airmail. If you wish to send registered mail or require insurance please contact me before purchase.

Upgrades on international shipping are via Airsure or 'Internationally signed for'. If you require an upgrade please contact me, I'll reserve your item and add additional shipping costs to the listing, so you can purchase both in one transaction.

UK customers, packages will arrive in 1 or 2 days.
International customers, your items could take between 5 - 10 days to arrive. International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with shipping after the item reaches their respective country.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds. I am unable to be held responsible for items lost in transit. Every item is packaged to avoid damage in transit, if this should happen, I would require photographic evidence of the damage in order to negotiate a happy resolution. If you receive your item and are unhappy with it in any way, please feel free to contact me as soon as possible.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Customers who purchase two or more items will then, for subsequent purchases qualify for lifetime free shipping. This offer is also retrospective, so if you have purchased two items in the past, you will never pay shipping again in either of my shops. Shipping will be refunded after purchase through paypal.
