Each piece we create is unique and original. We do not duplicate our work so once a piece is made, that is the only there is of it. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and encourage feedback.

Shipping

We do our best to keep shipping costs down. We ship USPS with delivery confirmation.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you should not be happy with your piece our policy is to notify us of what the problem is and we will have you send it back to us. Depending on the situation will determine whether the piece can be repaired or if it can be traded for something comparable.
