Payment

I accept payment in US Dollars via PayPal, check and money order.

Items must be paid for within 48 hours of purchase. I will wait for your payment to clear before your order is shipped.

Shipping

Paintings and other items with delicate surfaces are shipped in cardboard boxes with ample padding. Prints are shipped flat, not in tubes. Books, comics, and cds are shipped in cardboard envelopes or padded envelopes. I may reuse shipping materials for smaller, less delicate items.

All items shipped *within the US* are shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation.

International orders, including those to Canada, ship first class airmail in order to keep your shipping costs low; first class international *does not* include insurance or tracking. But, if you would like to pay for those services, please let me know and we can make arrangements to ship via Priority international. As a bit of comparison, shipping a little painting to Canada first-class is around $5 and Priority is around $17 (but it depends on the package). Just let me know if you have questions or concerns.

If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during checkout; otherwise, I will use the information provided by PayPal.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me if you have any issues. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and must be mailed via a trackable method.
