Payment

I heart Paypal. If this doesn't work for you, just convo me and we'll make further payment arrangements.

Shipping

I ship USPS within 48 hours of payment to your etsy address, unless otherwise specified. Please double check your Paypal address to ensure it matches your etsy order, as I use Paypal shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges are welcomed within 10 days of receipt. If you're not happy with the piece you've ordered, I'll gladly accept the return and refund all but shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

MATCHING EARRINGS/BRACELETS: I love women who love sets. If additional stones are available, I can make matching bracelets/earrings per request. Just convo me to make arrangements.

ALTERATIONS: Should you need a necklace lengthened or shortened, convo me first to make sure it is possible.

CUSTOM COMMISSIONS: I love to make pieces that fit my patron's personality and enhance their unique beauty. Because that creative process takes awhile, please allow 3-4 weeks for custom requests, although I can kick it in gear if you need me to. Please contact me for pricing.
