Hello and thanks for stopping by. Everything in my shop is handmade by me in a smoke/pet free home. If you have any questions about my shop policies, please send me a conversation.

Payment

I only accept PayPal at this time.

Shipping

Items are shipped once payment is received using USPS Priority Shipping. Anywhere outside of the U.S. will be shipped using USPS First Class International and it may take 1-4 weeks to receive your item. All of my shipping prices are based off the USPS.com site.

Any purchases made on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEM SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE BUYER'S NOTE SECTION.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since everything in my shop is handmade and one of a kind, all sales are final.

If you receive your item in the mail damaged, due to poor handling by USPS, please send me a conversation as soon as possible.

Additional Policies and FAQs

PLUSH TOYS

~ I use very secure safety eyes with locking backs on many of my plush toys. But this still does not make them 100% childproof, especially for children who are teething. Adult supervision is recommended.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you are interested in a custom item (Plush owl, bib, Birdee, or a design on a onesie), please send me a conversation. I will let you know if it's something I can or cannot do. Please allow one week for me to complete your order.
