Welcome

Peppermintsoda sells vintage and old stock beads, findings and other goodies generally used in the construction of jewelry.

We strive to stock interesting and high quality items that will wear well.

Payment

Please pay as promptly as you can. If payment is not made at the time of sale we will send reminder emails.

If you change your mind about an order let us know and we will cancel it, no hard feelings

If you ignore us and do not pay we will leave negative feedback

you can send us a money order instead of using paypal. Just let us know when it has been mailed.

Shipping

We ship on Tuesday and Wednesday. We are both working hard on other projects and can only devote so much time to going to the post office. I you order and pay on a Monday your item will go out within the next two days. If you order on Thursday it will go out the following Tuesday or wednesday.

It will never take longer than 6 days from receipt of payment for your order to ship. ************

*********International orders (everywhere other that the USA)
Our post office has the most awful lines. It can take up to an hour in there. Sometimes it is not worth the wait to mail one parcel. International orders may take two weeks to ship. If the line is outrageous I might choose to forgo shipping until the next post office visit.

We ship to the address PayPal gives us. Please Please Please make sure it is the right one. We cannot be responsible for lost packages if your address was incorrect.

Refunds and Exchanges

Often our stock is scrounged from dank basements and grimy warehouses and so often comes with a little dirt. If it is dirt we think will be impossible to remove we will not sell the pieces. If some detergent, metal polish and a good wipe is all that is needed we will sell it.

If you ever get an item you think is damaged or past the point of cleaning please let us know and we will do our best to replace or refund you.

If we miss count let us know.

We love to make you custom listings to help you get just what you want. Just send a request.

We often have a good deal more of any item so can make a listing for 10, 20, 200 etc.

We generally do not leave feedback. With so many of you buying items to resell as jewelry on Etsy we have found this to be a good policy.

If you really want us to leave feedback (and it is no problem at all) please send a convo or request this during check out.
