Welcome to my policies section. If you have any questions that aren't addressed here, please convo me and let me know.

Payment

I accept paypal and personal checks as payment. If you are paying by check or paypal check I will have to wait for the payment to clear before I send the item out.

For paypal orders I will ship out either the next day or the following day usually.

Shipping

I am shipping USPS priority but am open to using another shipping method if you request. For large/heavy items I will usually check FedEx, UPS, and USPS to see which will be the cheapest. Shipping charges are usually very close to what it actually costs to ship. If I overcharge you by more than $0.50, I will send you a refund for the extra shipping you paid.

Refunds and Exchanges

BREAKAGE, DAMAGE, DISSATISFACTION: If your item arrives broken please let me know as soon as you can. I will return your payment + shipping. If you are otherwise disatisfied with it in any way, let me know and we will try to work something out. I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS: I will be glad to consider custom orders. I don't charge extra and you are not obligated to buy (unless it's a really unusual order). Due to demand and a busy schedule, custom orders are going into October/November at the moment. Feel free to convo me or place an alchemy reqest for more details and an approximate cost and turnaround time.
