Payment
Payment is expected to be made within 48 hours of a purchase. If after 48 hours payment has not been received, I'll send you a reminder, and if I dont hear from you within the next 24 hours, the sale will be canceled.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the United States.
International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail.
*** I can't be responsible if the Post Office should loose or damage an item, so if you prefer to have insurance added to your order or prefer Priority Mail, please contact me before purchasing and I'll adjust your shipping cost and send you an updated invoice.
International customers who would like insurance will have to have the package sent via Global Priority Mail, convo me for a quote.
For your protection, and mine, your package will be mailed to the address you have on file with PayPal. Please make sure this address is accurate. If you need to have your item shipped to another address please let me know so we can make special arrangements.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let me know within 24 hours of receipt of your package, and I will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping/packaging/insurance charge as soon as I receive the product back.
