Welcome to Hoola Monsters! We take pride in all of our hand-made, professional dance hoops. In addition to making beautiful, custom hoops, we are professional hoop dancers based out of Florida. We love all aspects of hooping... from designing specialty hoop creations to performing and teaching hoop dance. In fact, our primary hoop maker is a full-time hoop dance instructor. Therefore, if you have any questions about sizing, hoop options or just hoop dance in general, please message us here on ETSY, and we will be happy to assist you. Payment

Payment must be received and cleared before hoops are shipped. Thank you for your understanding :)

Shipping

All hoops are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-4 days in transit. I usually ship hoops out twice a week. If you live outside of the United States, please message me for details on shipping costs before you order. I am happy to accomodate orders out of the country but need to get an estimate and change the listing to accomodate the shipping difference. It's usually about $10 extra to ship outside of the country but varies slightly, depending on the location.

Refunds and Exchanges

With proper care, your Monster Hoop should last for years to come. To avoid scrapes and damage, we suggest hooping on soft surfaces (such as grass, carpet or sand). Avoid concrete, if at all possible. Important note: Do not leave your hoop in a hot car, especially your travel hoop. Monster Hoops are virtually indestructable, but high heat WILL cause your hoop to warp.

If your hoop breaks within 6 months of purchase (provided that care intructions have been followed), simply contact us to discuss options. We ofter hoop repairs, however, the customer will be responsible for shipping. We aim to please and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
