Thank You for your interest in my shop! Here are all the ugly details!

Payment

I only accept Paypal at this time. Please note if you are a resident of Ohio you will be charged 7% sales tax.If you have a lower rate in your county I will refund the difference with your shipping refund. If your have a higher rate I'll pay the difference!

Shipping

I ship in or out of the country. I ship USPS priority mail or First Class (except where noted) but will ship another method if you prefer. I will ship as many items as you'd like for the actual shipping cost. Just let me know your shipping preference (if they differ) and I'll calculate the cost. If the postage on checkout is more than the actual cost I'll refund you the difference. I generally ship on Monday and Thursday. If you live in Cleveland and would like to avoid the shipping cost, I can arrange a time when you could pick up your order at The Dancing Sheep (A wearable art, contemporary craft and gift gallery near Shaker Square)

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final, however it something arrives damaged let me know and I will try to make it right!!

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am totally open to requests of subject matter and will also do custom colors(this all started because I couldn't find artwork for my boy's room!)Personalized orders must be paid for at the time of approval of design, before printing or personalization of item. If you place a custom order that is not personalized, I can send pictures of the finished product before purchase. (Litmus test: If I can sell you custom order to any other person and their brother it is not personalized!)

Children's Prints are titled,numbered and signed in pencil on the front. If you'd like something different than my standard packaging please specify. I can mat in a color for an additional charge.
