• Each item is created or dramatically altered by hand
• Descriptions are written as completely as possible
• If you're eying something to wear, please check your measurements before purchasing

Payment

• Payment is due via PayPal within 3 days of purchase

Shipping

• In order to reduce further impact on the environment, each item is shipped with as little packaging as necessary to ensure its safe arrival. Yup, I'm a tree hugger.
• All items are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) mail to your PayPal address within 3 business days of receipt of funds.
• If item is made-to-order, I will contact you as soon as I receive payment to let you know when I will complete your item and give you an approximate ship date.

Refunds and Exchanges

• No returns unless there was a gross misrepresentation in the description, something not fitting is not a misrepresentation
• Only the purchase price will be refunded, and buyer is responsible for return shipping
• Returns are due within 10 days
