♥ HT is a one girl opperation. I'm Lex, Tess is my doll. I have pretty diverse taste when it comes to movies, music, and fashion so theres always something for everyone in my shop =D

♥ I have been making clothes/accessories professionally for years so you can be sure you are buying a high quality piece of functional art that will last you for years to come ^_^

♥ IMPORTANT!!! For customers who may suffer allergies... I have cats. Also my items may contain all or some, plastic compounds, resin, epoxy, polymer clay, apoxie, acrylic, lucite, aluminum, brass, silver/gold plate, and stainless steel. If you think you may have a problem wearing my jewelry please do not purchase it, I would never want you to have an uncomfortable allergic reaction to it =S All items come from a smoke free home and are not intended for children.

Payment

♥At this time I only accept Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account no problem, they can still process your credit card for free =D

♥Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. If payment is not received in a timely mannor the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left.

Shipping

♥SHIPPING: I ONLY ship to the address attached to your paypal account I ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.

♥For US customers I only ship Priority Mail so you get your gear super FAST. Priority mail also includes delivery confirmation =D

♥ For customers outside the USA I ship first class mail to keep shipping rates affordable.

♥ All packages to Italy MUST be registered. The cost to register and ship the package is around $15.00.

♥ I will send you a messege though Etsy or Paypal once the item has been shipped =D

Refunds and Exchanges

♥ There are NO RETURNS unless I have misrepresented the item. I provide huge photos and give an accurate description of the item in every listing, so what you see is what you get. Please be sure you really want the item before you purchase it.

♥ Feedback is a voluntary thing, it is my policy to leave feedback once it has been left for me.

♥ Sorry, I don't do consignment.

♥ There is a 15 piece minimum for wholesale orders. Please convo me for a pricelist.

♥If you have any questions or concerns about a purchase please let me know, I am human, its rare but I do make mistakes, I can't help if I'm unaware of anything being wrong.

☠☠No I won't sell an item for less. I spend a lot of time making, photographing, listing, packing and shipping items. My prices are as low as they can go. I'm sorry, but please understand I can't work for free.

☠☠☠I'm sorry but no, at this time I don't do step by step tutorials, I don't have the time, so please be respectful of my choice and don't ask. I will be adding a tutorial section to my website (Headlesstessdiy.com) soon ^_^ please check there for info.

Sorry for that bit of unpleasantness, I'm a bit overwhelmed by the amount of convos with these types of questions I've been getting lately =( I promise I'm not trying to sound or be mean. I really appreciate your interest in my work, but please understand I work over 60 hours a week and in my very limited spare time I would like to take a break from Headless Tess.
